Getvo stores the minimum data needed to run downloads, accounts, quotas and payments.
Data we process
We process submitted URLs, technical task records, account email, payment state and privacy-safe product events. Source URLs and private media titles are masked and are not sent to external analytics.
Product analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate usage, navigation and interface problems through heatmaps and session recordings. Submitted links, input fields and media details are masked. Clarity may use analytics cookies according to your consent choices and Microsoft privacy terms.
Retention and control
Download links expire automatically. Account holders can delete their account and associated Getvo data from the account screen. Billing records may be retained where legally required.
